Longer than you are probably used to, and deliberately so. The first appointment is where the whole of the rest of it is decided, and twenty minutes is not enough to decide it in.
The three parts of it.

A full assessment. Photographs, digital scans, small x-rays where needed, and a screening of your gums, joints and soft tissue.

Options on the screen. We sit beside you and go through what is happening, what can wait, and what it would cost to do nothing.

The plan, in writing. Emailed the same day with fixed fees, monthly figures if you want them, and no expiry date.

Where to park, what to bring, and how long you will actually be in the building.
Free on-site parking directly outside. Level access from the car park, no steps.
You can come and just look.
A meaningful number of our patients arrived having not seen a dentist in years, sometimes decades. If that is you, ask for a no-cost chat: you sit in a normal room with the chair upright, nobody looks in your mouth, and you leave when you want to.
When you are ready, appointments are longer than they need to be on purpose, and there is a hand signal that stops everything immediately. It is honoured every single time without discussion.

Same-day emergency appointments held every weekday. Telephone before 09:30 and say it is urgent, we hold slots back every weekday for exactly this.
